Find YOUR HAPPINESS, and LIVE IT!

FlipADay started off on January 1st, 2014 as a commitment that lead Pat Graves to do a flip of some sort every single day.  In the midst of the worst depression of his life, Pat vowed to create a happier lifestyle for himself by allowing himself to do something he loved at least once a day, no matter how he was feeling.  To keep himself accountable, and to inspire others along the way, Pat filmed each flip, and posted them to social media before midnight on the day they were done.  This challenge was only supposed to last a year, but when Pat got to the one-year mark, he realized that he was actually feeling happier in his day-to-day life.  There was no point in stopping.  Pat continued to do a flip every single day for 1,115 days in a row.  

This gave birth to the Inspire Happiness movement--a movement that encourages everyone to find what they love, and do it every day in pursuit of happiness.  The idea is that if you do something you love for at least five minutes every single day, you will be happier, even if it’s just for that five minutes.  The more happy people in the world, the happier a place the world becomes.
